new workout & diet routine
so bikini season is coming up and i want to be back to my goal weight of 109 by then! right now i weigh 113, which isn’t a lot, but i could be a lot better with diet and exercise*. so i’ve implemented a new workout routine and i’m trying to get myself off fatty foods and cut down on my carbs and amp up my protein/fruit/veggie intake. i go to the gym at school for an hour every...
